What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 12 pieces for standard ink. We have a 48 piece minimum for specialty inks.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is 5-7 business days upon artwork approval.
How many colors can you print?
We can print up to 8 ink colors. We can use different printing techniques to create full color images.
Why am I limited to 8 colors?
We have a 8 color 8 station press which only allows us to print up to 8 colors per design. If you have a full color image visit our section about CMYK printing.
How can I send you my artwork?
You can send us your artwork by using our request a quote form.
Do you offer Direct to Garment printing?
No. We have not found a product that we are happy with and will not be offering DTG at this time.
Can I bring my own garments for you to print on?
Yes you can however we can generally get garments at a cheaper price. Minimum order still apply on customer supplied garments.
Can I get a sample print before my job goes to production?
We typically do not offer sample print's, but we do print samples on rare occasion. However there are higher fees associated with sample prints. Please contact our sales department to discuss pricing for your specific job. The other option is if you would like to come into our shop we have hundreds of examples or past jobs for you to look at. In addition you will also receive a digital proof of your shirt layout for you to approve prior to production.
