No. Quotes are free, there is no obligation to order, and every quote includes a free digital proof. Screen printing has no setup fees. Embroidery digitizing is a one-time $45 per new design, and graphic design work is billed at $65 per hour — both are quoted up front, so the price you approve is the price you pay.
No problem. Send us a sketch, a logo file, or just a description of what you have in mind. You will always get a free digital proof before production. If your artwork needs to be recreated, converted, or designed from scratch, our in-house designers handle it at $65 per hour — quoted up front before any work begins.
After you approve the quote, we send a digital mockup of your design on the actual garment you ordered. Nothing goes into production until you sign off on the mockup. This is your chance to adjust placement, color, or sizing before we print or stitch a single piece.
Standard turnaround is 10 business days from final art approval. Larger orders or specialty items may take longer, and rush options are available. We give you a firm completion date when you approve the quote so there are no surprises.
