Embroidery FAQs
If you bring your own garments, embroidery is $15 per piece, plus a one-time $45 digitizing fee for your logo (we store it on file for every reorder). Prefer us to supply the garments? Buy blanks from our shop and we decorate them, with pricing shown per item. There is a 1-piece minimum, and we respond to quotes within one business day.
For small quantities and professional garments like polos and hats, embroidery is often the better value. Screen printing becomes more cost-effective at higher volumes (24+ pieces) on t-shirts. For work uniforms and corporate apparel, embroidery is the preferred choice for its durability and professional look.
Embroidery works best on structured items — hats, polos, button-downs, jackets, backpacks, and patches. It holds up through commercial laundering and daily wear better than printed alternatives. We do not recommend embroidery on very thin fabrics or items that need fine photographic detail.
Our standard turnaround is 10 business days from art approval. Need it faster? Rush pricing is based on turnaround: 6-7 days +30%, 4-5 days +60%, and 3 days +100%. Call or text (480) 717-5012 to confirm your deadline. Single-piece and small orders are often completed faster.
Digitizing is a one-time $45 fee per logo. We digitize your artwork once, then keep it on file so every reorder skips the digitizing charge. Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) digitizes cleanest; if you only have a rough logo, our team can help prep it.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI or higher also work well. If you only have a low-resolution logo or just an idea, our team can help recreate your artwork at no extra charge when ordering from our blanks.
We are located at 2011 W Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Open Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm. We ship nationwide, and local Phoenix customers are welcome to pick up orders from our shop.
