Full Color Custom Patches

Embroidered Patches

How to Order Custom Patches in Phoenix

- Send your artwork. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best. High-res PNGs work too. Don’t have a finished design? We can help clean up or refine your file.
- Approve a proof. We send a digital mockup before we make anything. Nothing goes into production until you’re happy with the proof.
- We make & ship. Production turnaround depends on patch type and quantity — we’ll give you a real date when we quote. Free nationwide shipping on every order.

We offer five types of custom patches: full color patches (photo-quality DTF printing), embroidered patches (classic thread on twill), PVC patches (3D molded rubber), leather patches (faux and genuine leather, laser engraved), and woven patches (fine detail thread). All five types can be made from your custom design or logo.
Yes — all our patches are made from your custom artwork. You supply the design and we produce the patch. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI also work. If you only have a rough idea or a low-resolution image, contact us and we can help.
Embroidered patches use thicker thread stitched onto a backing, creating a raised textured look — great for bold logos and text. Woven patches use finer thread at a higher density, producing a flatter, smoother finish that captures small text and intricate artwork that embroidery cannot reproduce accurately.
We offer iron-on, sew-on, and velcro backing depending on the patch type. Embroidered and woven patches are available with all three options. PVC patches are typically velcro or sew-on. Leather patches are usually sew-on or adhesive. Tell us your application when you order and we will recommend the best backing.
