Description

The OGIO Caliber 2.0 (OG101) is a 5-ounce poly pique polo with stay-cool wicking, ordered here as a decorated item: choose your colors and sizes in the grid above, send us your artwork, and we embroider the order in our Phoenix shop.

Fabric and construction

The Caliber 2.0 is 5-ounce, 100% poly pique with stay-cool wicking technology. It is finished to a retail standard rather than a basic uniform spec — a flat knit collar, rib knit cuffs, side vents, and a heat transfer label instead of a sewn tag.

Colors and sizes

This style is set up in 13 colors — Blacktop, Blue Mist, Bright White, Diesel Grey, Electric Blue, Flare Orange, Gridiron Green, Grit Green, Hydro Blue, Navy, Rogue Grey, Signal Red and Spar Blue — in sizes S through 3XL, giving 78 color-and-size combinations. Embroidery on this polo

Embroidery is the decoration method this polo is set up for, and a left-chest logo is the usual placement. A new design carries a one-time $45 digitizing fee; repeat orders that reuse artwork we have already digitized are not charged again. Note the OGIO badge already sits on the left sleeve, so plan any sleeve decoration around it.

Proofs and turnaround

We send a free digital proof before anything goes into production, so you can check the artwork placement and thread colors first. If your artwork needs redrawing or setting up for decoration, graphic design is $65 per hour and is quoted in advance. Standard production is 10 business days once you approve the proof. Volume pricing is available.

Pickup and shipping

Free local pickup at our Phoenix shop. We also ship nationwide via UPS or FedEx, charged by weight.
