A real Phoenix print shop
Designed In Ink has been printing apparel in Phoenix since 2010. We are a working production shop in north Phoenix, not a national website that routes your order to whichever contractor is cheapest that week.
That matters more than it sounds. When you order from an online-only printer, nobody local ever sees your garments before they ship. Here, your order is printed in our building, and you are welcome to collect it in person. If something needs a second look, there is a real person in Phoenix to talk to.
We print in house and run roughly 2,000 pieces per day, so a 40-shirt crew order and a 1,500-shirt event order are both handled here.

What we print
Screen printing suits bold, solid designs produced in volume — logos, team names, event graphics and uniform branding. We print on t-shirts, polos, long sleeves, hoodies, jackets, safety and hi-vis apparel, tote bags and more.
You can supply your own garments or choose from the blanks we stock. If your design needs a particular ink, we carry a wide range of stock ink colors and can match to a Pantone reference.

How ordering works
1. Send us your details
Tell us the garment, the quantity and roughly what you want printed. Use the quote form, or call the shop.
2. Approve a free digital proof
We send a digital mockup so you can see your design on the garment before anything is printed. Proofs are free and you approve before we start. If your artwork needs preparing first, our artwork guidelines explain what we need.
3. We print in house
Your order runs on our presses here in Phoenix.
4. Collect locally or we ship
Pick up from the shop, or we send it out.
We reply to quote requests within one business day. Rush production may be available depending on our schedule, garment availability and artwork readiness. Ask about availability when requesting your quote.

Local pickup is free. If you are in Phoenix or elsewhere in the Valley, you can collect your order rather than wait on a courier. Not local? We ship nationwide via UPS and FedEx, charged by weight.
Minimums and what affects your price
Our screen printing minimum is 24 pieces per design. Below that, embroidery (from a single piece) or DTF transfers are usually the better fit, and we will tell you so rather than push you toward the wrong method.
There is no setup fee on screen printing. What actually moves your price:
- Quantity — volume pricing is available, so cost per piece falls as the run grows
- Garment selection — a basic tee and a premium jacket are not comparable
- Number of ink colors — each color is printed separately
- Number of print locations — front only costs less than front, back and sleeve
Digital proofs are free. If your artwork needs design work before it can be printed, that is quoted in advance at $65 per hour, so nothing unexpected lands on your invoice. Every job is quoted individually — guessing at a number helps nobody.

What is the smallest screen printing order you will take?
24 pieces per design. For smaller runs, ask us about embroidery, which starts at a single piece, or DTF transfers.
Do you charge setup fees?
No. There is no setup fee on screen printing. Digital proofs are free as well.
How fast will I get a quote?
Within one business day. Rush production may be available depending on our schedule, garment availability and artwork readiness — ask when you request your quote.
Can you handle an order for our whole company?
Yes. We run roughly 2,000 pieces per day in house, and volume pricing is available on larger runs.
Do you print for customers outside Phoenix?
Yes. We ship nationwide via UPS and FedEx, charged by weight. Local customers can collect from the shop instead, at no charge.
