Comfort Colors Garment-Dyed Heavyweight T-Shirt

The Comfort Colors 1717 is a garment-dyed, relaxed-fit heavyweight T-shirt in 6.1 oz./yd² 100% ring-spun cotton. It is ordered here as a decorated item: choose your colors and sizes in the grid above, send us your artwork, and we decorate the order in our Phoenix shop.

Fabric, weight and fit

The 1717 is built from 6.1 oz./yd², 100% ring-spun cotton in 20 singles, cut to a relaxed fit. It is garment-dyed for a lived-in feel, and because the fabric is dyed and washed after the garment is sewn, shrinkage is minimal.

Colors and sizes

Ordering and minimums

There is a 24-piece minimum on this shirt, and it is sold as a decorated order only — we do not sell it as an undecorated blank. Volume pricing is shown on this page and is applied to the total quantity. Ink is quoted separately and is applied after the quantity discount, so the price in the grid is the garment cost before decoration.

Screen printing this shirt

Screen printing is the decoration method this product is set up for, and our screen-printing minimum of 24 pieces matches the minimum on this style. There is no screen-printing setup fee.

Embroidery

At 6.1 oz./yd² this is a substantial enough knit to take embroidery, which is usually a good fit for a left-chest logo rather than a large decoration. A new embroidery design requires a one-time $45 digitizing fee; repeat orders using artwork we have already digitized are not charged again. Ask for a quote if you want this style embroidered.

Proofs and turnaround

We send a free digital proof before anything goes into production, so you can check artwork placement and colors first. If your artwork needs to be redrawn or set up for decoration, graphic design is $65 per hour and is quoted in advance. Standard production is 10 business days once you approve the proof. Rush production is sometimes available, depending on our schedule, garment availability and how print-ready your artwork is.

Pickup and shipping

Local pickup at our Phoenix shop is free. We also ship nationwide via UPS or FedEx, charged by weight.
