Custom embroidered hats in Phoenix
We embroider hats in house at our Phoenix shop — trucker caps, snapbacks, five-panels, fitted caps and performance hats — for work crews, teams, churches, events and brands across the Valley. Embroidery starts at a 1-piece minimum, so a single hat and a few hundred are both normal orders here.

How hat embroidery works
- Send your logo. We reply to quote requests within one business day.
- Free digital proof. You see exactly how the design sits on the hat before anything is stitched. Proofs are free.
- Digitizing. A new logo is digitized once for $45 — a one-time charge per new design. Reorders that reuse an existing digitized design do not pay it again.
- Stitched in house. Embroidery is done in our own Phoenix shop, not sent out.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 10 business days at no extra charge. When you need hats sooner, rush options are available: 6–7 day (+30%), 4–5 day (+60%) and 3 day (+100%), added to the invoice.
Pickup, shipping and hours
Free local pickup is available in Phoenix. We also ship nationwide via UPS and FedEx, charged by weight. Our shop is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm, and closed weekends.
Patch hats
Prefer a leather, woven or PVC patch to direct embroidery? See custom patches. Woven and PVC patches carry a 24-piece minimum, and leather patches a 50-piece minimum, so patch hats suit larger runs — while direct embroidery starts at a single hat.
