DTF Gang Sheets – Insta Peel – Same-Day Local Pickup
Description
Need your order the same day? Gang sheets ordered and paid for by 12:00 PM Arizona time can be ready for local pickup by 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, subject to available production capacity. Select local pickup during checkout. Nationwide delivery timing depends on the UPS service selected and carrier performance. Gang sheets can be used for a single image printed multiple times, or for as many images as you can fit onto the selected size. If it fits, it prints.

Artwork Requirements:
- Files MUST be at least 300DPI with a transparent background
- Vector Artwork will always produce the best quality prints
- Websites like Canva often do not have vector quality artwork
- Required File Type: PNG, PDF, SVG
- Images must be saved as a CMYK file. If you submit as RGB our software will automatically convert it to CMYK so it will not be an exact match.
- Designed In Ink is not responsible for color mismatches due to files being incorrectly submitted, or for low quality art files being uploaded
Every heat press is a little different, but here is the guide we follow in our shop:
Cotton & Blends
- Heat: 315
- Press Time: 10-15 Seconds
- Pressure: Firm
- Hot Peel
Polyester
- Heat: 260-300
- Press Time: 12 Seconds
- Pressure: Firm
- Hot Peel
*We recommend a 2nd press after peeling
