Custom embroidered patches give you the look of direct embroidery without committing the decoration to one garment. They are fully removable emblems, made from your artwork, and ordered here by size: choose your size in the grid above and send us your design.

What an embroidered patch is

An embroidered patch is your design stitched onto a backing fabric and finished with a merrow border, available in a thin or thick edge. Because the emblem is separate from the garment, the same patch can go onto uniforms, tote bags, hats and more — and can be moved or replaced without re-decorating the garment underneath.

Materials and durability

Our embroidered patches use high-quality, colorfast polyester threads and fabrics engineered to withstand industrial washes. That is what makes them a common choice for work uniforms and rental programs, where garments are laundered commercially rather than at home.

Shapes and sizes

This product is set up in four sizes — 2″, 2.5″, 3″ and 3.5″. Patches can be dye cut into custom shapes rather than being limited to a circle or a rectangle, so the emblem can follow the outline of your logo.

Applying them

Embroidered patches are easily sewn onto apparel and can be applied in house, which saves time and freight cost compared with shipping every garment out for decoration and back again. If you would rather we apply them for you, ask when you request a quote.

Proofs and turnaround

We send a free digital proof before anything goes into production, so you can check the shape, border and thread colors first. If your artwork needs redrawing or setting up for decoration, graphic design is $65 per hour and is quoted in advance. Turnaround depends on patch type and quantity — we give you a real date when we quote. Volume pricing is available.
