Description

The Flexfit C988 is a structured, mid-profile stretch-fit cap built around moisture management, ordered here as a decorated item: choose your colors and sizes in the grid above, send us your artwork, and we embroider the order in our Phoenix shop.

Fabric and construction

The C988 is 79/18/3 polyester/rayon/spandex. It is structured and mid-profile with a Permacurv® bill that holds its shape and curve, in a stretch fit with no rear closure.

Moisture management

This is the feature that separates the C988 from a standard twill cap. It carries ActiveGuard™ Tech, which diffuses sweat through the undervisor more effectively, and Cool & Dry technology that wicks perspiration away. The sweatband is moisture-wicking as well. If you are buying caps for outdoor crews working through an Arizona summer, this is the specification to look at.

Built for decoration

The C988 uses a tri-layer front panel with a minimal stitching technique and interior seam-sealed taping specifically for ease of decoration — a flatter, cleaner front panel for the embroidery machine to work across.

Colors and sizing

This style is set up in 3 colors — Deep Black, River Blue Navy and Storm Grey — in two stretch-fit sizes, S/M and L/XL. Because it is a stretch fit rather than an adjustable cap, collect sizes from your team before ordering:

  • S/M — hat size 6 3/4–7 1/4, head size 21 1/4–22 3/4
  • L/XL — hat size 7 1/8–7 5/8, head size 22 3/8–23 7/8

Proofs and turnaround

Embroidery is the decoration method this cap is set up for. A new design carries a one-time $45 digitizing fee; repeat orders that reuse artwork we have already digitized are not charged again. We send a free digital proof before anything goes into production. If your artwork needs redrawing or setting up for decoration, graphic design is $65 per hour and is quoted in advance. Standard production is 10 business days once you approve the proof. Volume pricing is available.
