YP Classic 6606

The YP Classic 6606 is a structured, mid-profile six-panel trucker cap with a mesh back, ordered here as a decorated item: choose your colors in the grid above, send us your artwork, and we embroider the order in our Phoenix shop.

Fabric and construction

The 6606 front panels are 74/26 polyester/cotton, with a mesh back for airflow. It is a structured, six-panel, mid-profile cap finished with a Permacurv® visor and a snapback closure, so it holds its shape rather than slouching.

Colors and sizing

This style is set up in 8 colorways — Black, Black/White, Black/White/Black, Charcoal/Black, Heather Gray/White, Red/Black, Royal/White and White — in one size, OSFA (one size fits all), adjusted by the snapback. Undervisor color varies on some colorways: Heather/Black and Heather/White have grey undervisors. Use the grid above to enter how many of each color you need; you can mix colors in one order.

Embroidery on this cap

Embroidery is the decoration method this cap is set up for. The structured front panel gives the stitching a firm base, which is why six-panel structured caps are the most common thing we embroider. A new design carries a one-time $45 digitizing fee; repeat orders that reuse artwork we have already digitized are not charged again.

Proofs and turnaround

We send a free digital proof before anything goes into production, so you can check the artwork placement and thread colors first. If your artwork needs redrawing or setting up for decoration, graphic design is $65 per hour and is quoted in advance. Standard production is 10 business days once you approve the proof. Volume pricing is available.

Pickup and shipping

Free local pickup at our Phoenix shop. We also ship nationwide via UPS or FedEx, charged by weight.
