The Richardson 112 is a structured six-panel snapback cap with a mesh back. It is ordered here as a decorated item — pick your colors, send us your artwork, and we embroider it in our Phoenix shop.

Colors and sizing

This cap is set up in 22 color combinations. It uses a snapback closure and is offered in a single size, so there are no sizes to choose — only colors and quantities.

Ordering and minimums

There is a 6-piece minimum on this cap — a minimum specific to this style, not our general embroidery minimum. Volume pricing for this style is shown on this page.

Embroidery on this cap

The structured front panel on the 112 is built for embroidery, which is the decoration we run on it. A new embroidery design requires a one-time $45 digitizing fee; repeat orders using artwork we have already digitized are not charged again.

Proofs and turnaround

We send a free digital proof before anything goes onto a machine. If your artwork needs to be redrawn or set up for embroidery, graphic design is $65 per hour and is quoted in advance. Standard production is 10 business days once you approve the proof. Rush production is sometimes available, depending on our schedule, cap availability and how production-ready your artwork is.

Pickup and shipping

Local pickup at our Phoenix shop is free. We also ship nationwide via UPS or FedEx, charged by weight.
