Our minimum for screen printed items is 24 pieces per design. Screen printing becomes most cost-effective at higher quantities, where the per-piece price drops significantly. For smaller runs, we recommend our Direct to Film (DTF) printing, which has a 6-piece minimum on finished transfers (and no minimum on gang sheets).

Screen printing pricing depends on the number of colors in your design, the quantity ordered, and the garment type. Single-color prints on t-shirts start around $8–$12 per piece at 24 pieces. Multi-color designs and smaller quantities cost more per piece. Contact us for a free quote.

We print up to 8 spot colors per design. For photographic or gradient designs with unlimited colors, we recommend DTF printing instead. Each color in a screen print requires a separate screen, which affects pricing — simpler 1–3 color designs are the most cost-effective.

Our standard turnaround is 10 business days from art approval and payment confirmation. Rush orders are available — call or text us at (480) 717-5012 to discuss your timeline. Large orders over 200 pieces may require additional time.

Yes — we mix inks to match your Pantone (PMS) colors as closely as possible. We send a digital proof for approval before production so you can confirm colors before we run your order. View our stock ink colors for standard options that print at no extra charge.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal and produce the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI or higher also work. If you only have a low-resolution image or just an idea, our design team can help recreate or refine your artwork.

Yes, we accept customer-supplied garments. Please contact us before shipping to confirm your garments are compatible with screen printing and to discuss minimums and setup fees, which may differ from orders placed on our blank inventory.

Screen printing uses ink pushed through a mesh screen directly onto fabric — it produces vibrant, durable prints at high volumes and is ideal for simple bold designs. DTF (Direct to Film) transfers a printed film onto fabric and handles complex multi-color designs, photos, and gradients at any quantity. We help you choose the right method for your project.

Yes — rush orders are available depending on our production schedule. Our standard turnaround runs about 10 business days at no charge; to move faster, rush pricing is 6–7 days +30%, 4–5 days +60%, and 3 days +100% (the rush fee shows on your order total). We are located at 2011 W Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Open Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm. We ship nationwide, and local Phoenix customers are welcome to pick up orders from our shop.
